Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

After verification, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Refunds

As we do not accept returns, refunds are generally not applicable.

Refunds will only be considered in cases where:

  • The order was not delivered

  • The product received was damaged or incorrect and verified by our team
